Your Impact
As a member of our client service team, you will have the exciting opportunity to work with some of the world's most innovative companies. You will deliver and support on several projects in parallel, as well as deal with multiple clients. You will find ways to drive revenue and adoption of the marketplace model with the world’s largest companies and continue building momentum for further expansion.

Act as a technical liaison between clients and product teams to help evolve the MET platform.
Devise strategies for improving delivery workshops based on tangible feedback from clients.Target new customers in line with the company’s strategy in order to meet quarterly and annual objectives.
Manage a portfolio of clients with a clear focus on making these customers successful in their adoption and utilisation of the MET platform.Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders within our clients' organisations and be identified as a key strategic advisor.
Establish commercial action plans that will allow your clients to scale up.
Establish solid relationships with key players at the highest levels of an organisation, particularly within the VP, EVP, and C-suit.
Contribute to developing MET’s network and public visibility to expand its reach in the marketplace.
Effectively manage prospect/client expectations.
Assist in bringing in net new deals and farm relationships with existing accounts through cross-sell etc.
Kick-off new engagements by understanding the customer strategy, highlighting challenges and aligning core MET Marketplace capabilities in order to establish the best solution and strategy.
Work with different internal teams such as the Product team to provide valuable feedback and bring ideas to constantly evolve our product. The sales teams to confirm the scope of the project, as well as support teams to help transfer knowledge gained during the project phase.
Serve as the functional expert able to understand and speak to current web technologies such as Restful API’s, and popular web frameworks used by our customers.
Conduct training sessions on MET’s products via webinars or in-person to ensure end-user ease of use across all audiences.
